So we developed our Superior Performance Plan to help ensure that your recycled printer is always ready for action when you are. Our annual professional maintenance program is designed to extend the life of your printer, reduce printer downtime and lower repair costs. Every major printer manufacturer recommends that you service your printer at least once a year. This will also help reduce the emissions of dust and toner particles into the air. Under the Superior Performance Plan, all your printer repairs and maintenance are covered for 12 months for one low annual price.*

When you sign up for our Superior Performance Plan we take over the care and maintenance of your office printers. We will automatically schedule the annual preventative maintenance that is recommended by your printer manufacturer. As long as you use Digitech remanufactured toner cartridges in the machine, should you experience any mechanical breakdown during the year, we repair it with no labour charge. You pay only for the parts required.
