To Our Valued Clients,

It has been brought to our attention that many of you are being approached by other toner salespeople attempting to trade on our name and reputation.

While there are several stories in use, the general tactics appear to be that:

they are working for a company that has amalgamated with Digitech.
all of “Mike’s” or “Aaron’s” or “Dave’s” accounts have been turned over to them.
the caller is hesitant to clearly identify the company they are calling from.
the bulk of the calls appear to be made by a woman named Eliza, who is pushy to the point of being rude.

These stories are completely untrue. We do not know who Eliza is and she has no affiliation with us. Digitech has not amalgamated with any other companies, nor are there any plans to do so in the future.

Rest assured, should anyone from Digitech call you they will clearly identify themselves; they will clearly state that they are calling from Digitech; and they will always be respectful of you and your time.

I would view it as a personal favour if you could call the office and let us know if you have been, or are contacted by anyone using the above tactics. Thank you in advance for your support, and we look forward to serving you all for many years to come.
