Digitech is proud to announce that we have recently completed the Climate Smart program, and have now received our certificate of participation. You will notice, that at the bottom of our website we are now able to proudly display the Climate Smart logo, right next to the Better Business Bureau logo.
Climate smart is a social enterprise, whose focus it is to help small and medium-sized businesses reduce their emissions, there by having less impact on our environment, as well as saving money in the process. Climate Smart shows enterprises how to calculate their emissions, in order to help them measure and reduce their carbon footprint.
The climate Smart training program, takes an organization or small business through 3 steps. They measure the enterprise's current carbon footprint, then look for solutions to reduce that carbon footprint, and finally how to leverage that new success, through effective communication with the public.
