Myth #1 – Remanufactured printer cartridges aren’t equal in quality.

Myth #2 – Remanufactured printer cartridges could ruin my warranty.
When remanufactured printer cartridges started to make a serious impact in the printing industry, the printer manufacturers threatened to void warranties for anybody who used these cartridges. But according to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, it is illegal for printer companies to void a warranty based on what type of printer cartridge you choose to use.

Myth #3 – Remanufactured printer cartridges have lower printing yields.
There are a number of factors that play a role in a printer cartridges yield. The standard yield for ink and toner cartridges is measured at 5% coverage. If you are printing pictures, web pages, or graphics of any kind then your yield will be significantly lower than you may have expected regardless of whether you are using a new cartridge or a remanufactured one.
